At Gower Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order; if your beer or merchandise arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for a full refund or replacement. Please ensure all items remain in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a return.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Our Team
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged.
- 2.Await Authorization
Once we review your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific return shipping address for our brewery warehouse.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items using the original box and protective dividers to ensure the glass bottles or cans are safe during transit.
- 4.Receive Refund
After we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
